Curriculum and Education Philosophy
The education system at Kalam Integrated School of Excellence comprises of three main elements: Islamic, Leadership, and Cambridge. Our curriculum combines Malaysian Primary Curriculum (KSSR), Kelas Al-Quran & Fardhu Ain (KAFA), Cambridge subjects (Science, Mathematics, and English), as well as Mandarin and Arabic languages. Furthermore, we practice the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey and 5D Thinking by Professor Necati Aydin for a more comprehensive education that will shape them into amazing Islamic leaders in the future.

Archery Class
Staying true to our identity as an Islamic school, we provide access for the students to practice some sport activities recommended by Prophet Muhammad SAW. Every week, the students learn how to aim at their target and take a sharp shot.
If we apply the same philosophy in life, the students will be able to hit whatever target they have their eyes on. Bullseye!
Swimming Class with LilFins
How many of us can say we had access to a swimming pool in primary school? Another special thing about KISE is our collaboration with LilFins Swimming Academy in Kota Bharu. Every month, the students receive swimming lessons from coaches certified by Swim Schools International!
Horse Riding with ZR Stable
To complete the sunnah sports trifecta, KISE also works together with ZR Stable in Tunjong to provide horse riding classes for all our students every three months. On top of that, through these classes, the students also learn the basics of how to take care of and connect with the horses.

To ensure our students are able to learn in a conducive environment, we make sure all school facilities are in a good condition and serve each of their functions well. The classrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, whiteboard, and posters; the library is filled with various fictions and non-fictions; the surau and assembly area are kept neat and tidy; and the dining area is always clean.
